Role Overview

Data Entry Executive will handle routine office and client data and convert it into organized digital format.

Work will be performed using spreadsheets, CRM portals, and internal company systems.

The position requires high accuracy with flexible shift scheduling.

Main Responsibilities

• Enter customer forms, invoices, and vendor details into Excel and CRM databases.
• Update daily operational records received from accounts and administration departments.
• Verify numbers, spelling, and formatting before final saving of each file.
• Maintain duplicate-free data through regular audits and cleaning.
• Organize electronic folders and rename scanned documents professionally.
• Prepare basic summary reports for supervisors when required.
• Communicate progress via email and follow deadlines strictly.

Required Skills

• Typing speed minimum 30 WPM with a strong accuracy ratio.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and internet data portals.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• Clear written English communication for verification purposes.

Eligibility Criteria

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Students and fresh applicants with computer expertise may apply.
• Previous data entry or administration experience is an added advantage.
