Security Guard — RANN Security, Dubai (UAE) Full Time

RANN Security is announcing a new employment opportunity for the role of Security Guard in Dubai. We are looking for reliable, alert, and ethically minded candidates who understand the importance of protective services in a modern urban environment. The position requires individuals who can represent the organization with confidence while ensuring that client facilities remain secure at all times. The Security Guard will work under the direction of the Site Supervisor and follow approved operational procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for preventing unauthorized access, observing daily activity, and responding to unusual situations with sound judgment. The duties include visible patrolling, verification of visitors, and immediate reporting of safety concerns. You must remain attentive during long shifts and demonstrate respect toward tenants, customers, and staff members. The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork and performs responsibilities without negligence or delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect assigned premises through routine inspection and perimeter patrols
• Manage reception desks and maintain records of visitors and deliveries
• Observe surveillance monitors and communicate messages via radio sets
• Take quick action during fire alerts, medical incidents, or conflicts
• Prepare factual daily logs and incident statements
• Guide guests politely and enforce building regulations
• Assist colleagues during crowd movement and vehicle control

Skills and Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent certification
• Previous experience in guarding, the army, or police support is helpful
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Strong observation skills and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work night duties and rotating schedules
• Professional appearance and good physical health
• Capacity to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure
