Sales Executive – Luxury Retail Full Time

The role requires a confident communicator who can understand client expectations and transform store visits into long-term buying relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and provide detailed guidance about products, features, and benefits.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and cross-promotion of categories.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of new collections, seasonal offers, and pricing policies.
• Build strong relationships with regular clients by conducting follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
• Support visual merchandising standards to ensure the showroom reflects brand identity.
• Assist the inventory team in monitoring stock levels and reporting fast moving items.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and provide solutions in line with company policies.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with store management.
• Cooperate with the marketing department during promotional campaigns and special retail events.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum one to two years of sales experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or automotive segments.
• Excellent spoken English and Arabic or Hindi/Urdu communication skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in using customer management systems along with everyday office software.
