Senior Accountant – Finance (Dubai) Full Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Accountant to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting management with financial planning and analysis. This position demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UAE accounting standards.
• Support VAT filing and ensure adherence to UAE tax regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documents and clarifications.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in auditing or professional services.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT compliance.
• Skilled in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
