Established in 2005, our Dubai operations at both Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) provide world-class Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services, aircraft maintenance, and management solutions for a diverse fleet of private and corporate aircraft. Role Overview:

As a team member at Jet Aviation Dubai, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations across passenger services, aircraft maintenance, and administrative functions. You will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and service excellence that define Jet Aviation globally. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of FBO services, including passenger handling, crew support, and flight coordination.
• Support maintenance teams in line and base maintenance for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with international aviation regulations and safety protocols.
• Coordinate logistics including aircraft fueling, catering, transportation, and documentation.
• Maintain records, manage inventories, and report operational metrics to supervisors.
• Collaborate with international teams to provide 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support and emergency assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation, engineering, logistics, or related field.
• Prior experience in aviation services, ground handling, or aircraft maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
