Community Lead – Connect Dubai Full Time

Job Description:

Connect by CMPM is a leading community management company in the UAE, committed to delivering well-organized, safe, and engaging living environments. We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee our residential communities, ensuring smooth operations, high resident satisfaction, and excellent service delivery.

The Community Manager will act as the main point of contact for residents, property owners, and service providers. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and facility operations, handling resident requests, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will also collaborate with the management team to implement initiatives that improve community living standards and foster positive engagement among residents.

We are looking for a proactive professional who can balance multiple tasks, make data-driven decisions, and lead teams of service staff efficiently. Prior experience in community or property management in Dubai or the UAE is highly preferred, along with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of assigned communities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and service contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security services to maintain high standards.
• Address resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to RERA and other relevant regulations.
• Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property or community management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month (depending on experience)
