CallMyDoctor, a leading 24/7 healthcare service provider in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, organized, and passionate about supporting a fast-growing healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain patient and service records in the company database.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
• Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to manage digital forms, reports, and documentation efficiently.
• Generate reports and summaries as required for internal use and decision-making.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic filing systems to improve data accessibility.
• Identify errors or discrepancies in data and take appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent; a university degree will be an added advantage.
• Work Experience: Prior experience in data management, office administration, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database management is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
