Payroll Specialist – Payroll Middle East, Dubai Full Time

Payroll Middle East is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse client base across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, bonuses, and overtime, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and salary changes, in payroll systems.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory filings for clients.
• Handle queries from employees and management regarding payroll, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, VAT regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements.
• Assist in audits and provide documentation as required by clients or regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, social security, and VAT regulations.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
