Job Description:

As a Part-Time Driver at Shift Car Rental, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a premium experience. Your main responsibility will be to deliver and collect rental vehicles safely and on time, maintaining the company’s high standards of service and professionalism.

You will be expected to transport vehicles between company branches, service centers, and customer locations across Dubai. Additionally, you will assist in basic vehicle inspections, ensure cleanliness, and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. A strong focus on time management, road safety, and customer satisfaction is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver rental cars to customers and company locations.
  • Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery.
  • Perform visual checks for damages and report issues immediately.
  • Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate trip records and mileage logs.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Manual or Automatic).
  • Must possess solid driving experience of 1–2 years on UAE roads.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai roads and routes.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
