Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, or any unauthorized activity.
• Control access to premises, ensuring proper verification and documentation of all entrants.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches, taking appropriate action and notifying management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs and prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences.
• Enforce company policies, rules, and safety regulations consistently and professionally.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency responders as needed.
• Assist in safety drills, evacuation procedures, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to remain alert and respond effectively in stressful situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
• Valid UAE Security Guard license or willingness to obtain one.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
