Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable students to join our team as Part-Time Student Assistants. This is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable experience in an educational environment, support school operations, and contribute positively to our community while balancing your own studies. You will work on a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings or weekend shifts) that complements your academic commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist staff and students in day-to-day school activities—examples include supporting the library, monitoring student common areas, helping run clubs, setting up classrooms or events, and general administrative support.
• Serve as a positive role-model for younger students—helping them navigate school routines, encouraging participation in activities, and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.
• Communicate professionally with teaching and administrative staff, respond to requests for help or information, and ensure that your assigned area is tidy, organised and aligned with school expectations.
• Collaborate with the school’s inclusion, extracurricular and student-support teams as needed—helping deliver enrichment programmes, manage bookings, assist with materials or equipment, and contribute ideas for student engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to all school policies (including health & safety, safeguarding, behaviour and data-protection), and bring a proactive, dependable attitude to each shift.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently enrolled as a university or college student in Dubai with the right to work part-time.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Strong organisational ability, comfortable multitasking and working independently when required.
• A keen interest in education, extracurricular activities or community-engagement is a plus.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and occasional weekend shifts; reliable and punctual.
