Customer Sales & Support Specialist – Dubai Full Time

Job Overview:

Emirates Airlines is seeking an ambitious and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding commercial team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, building long-term business relationships, and promoting Emirates’ range of travel products and services. This position requires a proactive approach to client management, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence that aligns with Emirates’ global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators to achieve business objectives.
• Generate new leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Present Emirates Airlines’ products, promotions, and service benefits to existing and prospective customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Coordinate with the marketing and revenue management teams to implement promotional strategies.
• Handle corporate agreements, fare negotiations, and group bookings professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain records of client interactions using CRM tools.
• Represent Emirates at trade shows, business events, and customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A university degree in Marketing, Commerce, or Business-related studies from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and sales software, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• A team player with the ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic or another language will be considered an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:
