Business Development Executive – Dubai Full Time

Role Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities in the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with prospects, understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, client referrals and market research.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, articulating the company’s value proposition convincingly.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing and after-sales follow-up.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, tracking pipeline and forecasting accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client needs are addressed and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activity, leads, conversions and pipeline status.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions or trade shows as required to represent the company and build brand presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales (B2B or B2C) — experience in the UAE/GCC region is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responsive to change.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages beneficial.
• Legally eligible to work in the UAE.
