Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy Part-Time House Maid to join our team and provide domestic assistance across private homes in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organised, and comfortable living environment while demonstrating respect for each household’s preferences and confidentiality. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute positively to the daily lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces throughout various domestic settings.
• Handle kitchen tasks such as cleaning work surfaces, washing dishes, organising cupboards, and basic food-prep assistance (as required).
• Maintain bedroom and living spaces by making beds, changing linens, organising wardrobes, and ensuring neatness.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, tiles, and all accessible surfaces, ensuring hygienic living spaces.
• Laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organising clothing and household linens.
• Assist in basic household errands (for example: taking out waste, replacing consumables, restocking cleaning supplies) as needed and agreed in schedule.
• Follow any specific instructions from clients to respect their routines, preferences, dietary or cultural customs, and privacy requirements.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards (e.g., broken fittings, water leaks, electrical faults) to management promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and respectful interaction with both clients and fellow staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in domestic or hospitality cleaning roles preferred.
• Good command of English (basic conversational level) to understand instructions and communicate effectively; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Physically able and willing to perform standard household cleaning duties and manoeuvre around domestic environments safely.
• Reliable, punctual, well-organised with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold discretion, confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment and safe handling practices is an asset.
• UAE or GCC driving licence is not required but will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours & Terms:

• Part-time shifts, typically spread across weekdays and possibly weekends, as per client needs and agency scheduling.
• Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate household requirements.
• Competitive remuneration offered, aligned with experience and hours worked.
• Required to comply with all local labour regulations and contract terms.
• Uniform or dress code may be provided or stipulated by the household; personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies supplied as needed.
