Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties across residential and commercial properties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing surfaces and maintaining general tidiness.
• Ensure bathrooms, kitchens and common areas remain hygienic, well‑organized and stocked with required supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely in accordance with company protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, walls and furniture, paying close attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner to supervisors so issues are addressed promptly.
• Assist with periodic deep‑cleaning tasks or special cleaning projects as required (such as event cleanup or post‑tenancy clean).
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and adhere strictly to safety and company policy at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred though not strictly required; we provide training.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively under part‑time schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
• Professional attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to interact respectfully with clients and colleagues.
