Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of financial controls, risk frameworks, and reporting mechanisms relevant to banking and financial services operations.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for banking‑oriented projects, assisting senior management with decision‑making and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, legal, and advisory teams to ensure adherence to local and international banking regulations, anti‑money‑laundering requirements, and financial‑crime prevention standards.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight trends, exposures, and risk indicators within banking operations.
• Liaise with banking clients, internal stakeholders, and external advisors to gather data, validate assumptions, and contribute to projects such as financial due‑diligence, transaction reviews, or bank process optimisation.
• Provide support for financial investigations, documentation of banking transactions, and assist with audits or regulatory inquiries when required.
• Actively contribute to discussions around emerging financial risks, economic trends, regulatory changes, and their implications for banking operations in the Middle East region.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Arabic are desirable.
• Proven analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data interpretation, and preparing clear management reports.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance frameworks (AML/KYC), financial‑crime risk, and internal audit processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work confidently with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive full‑time salary for banking & finance roles in Dubai; typical range for associate level roles: AED 12,000 to AED 18,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
