Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding onboard service to passengers, ensuring comfort, safety, and an enjoyable travel experience from boarding to disembarkation.
• Conduct safety demonstrations, assist in emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Interact proactively with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds, anticipate their needs, respond to enquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth.
• Deliver catering and cabin service with precision, including meal and beverage service, handling special requests, and monitoring stock.
• Collaborate closely with other cabin crew and ground staff to maintain high cabin standards, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Participate in pre‑flight briefings, maintain familiarity with aircraft types, routes, and service protocols, and contribute positively to team morale and performance.
• Uphold company image, uniform standards, and service ethos both onboard and during layovers, representing Emirates’ dedication to hospitality and first‑class service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in hospitality or customer service are an asset.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain energy and enthusiasm during long flights and irregular hours.
• Professional appearance, confident in presentation, and able to handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, travel extensively, and adhere to the Emirates roster with flexibility.
