Laurels Training Institute is seeking a dedicated and organised HR Officer to join our team in Dubai and support our growing training organisation. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the core human resources functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration—to ensure our workforce remains motivated, compliant and aligned with business goals.
You will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to allocate talent effectively, develop HR processes, and maintain accurate employee records. You will also drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, help maintain a positive culture within the institute, and support policy implementation to uphold regulatory standards.
