Security Guard – VIP Security Dubai Full Time

Job Description:

VIP International Security Services, a leading provider of professional security solutions across residential, commercial, event, and VIP sectors, is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team in Dubai. We provide robust security and peace of mind for a diverse clientele, including hotels, corporate buildings, VIP estates, and major events.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for securing assigned sites, patrolling premises, controlling access, and monitoring situations to detect, prevent, and respond to incidents. Your professionalism, vigilance, and adherence to training will directly contribute to the safety of clients and the reputation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, checking doors, locks, equipment, and alarms.
• Control entry and exit points, verify IDs, and conduct checks as required.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, reporting unusual behaviour or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Uphold company standards of uniform, appearance, behaviour, and client service.
• Assist in crowd management or special event security duties.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and client contacts to ensure smooth security operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid UAE security guard licence (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Minimum high school education; previous security or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Physically fit, alert, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Excellent observational skills, sound judgement, and integrity.
• Professional appearance and attitude, with dedication to client service and teamwork.
