Job Description:

Sunset Hospitality Group, a globally renowned lifestyle-hospitality company operating across dining, beach clubs, hotels, and nightlife venues, is seeking an inspiring Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision for one of our flagship outlets in Dubai.

You will join a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, combining creativity with operational excellence. Your role will include menu design and execution, overseeing kitchen operations, leading and mentoring culinary staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative seasonal menus reflecting brand identity and current culinary trends.
• Oversee all kitchen operations: food preparation, presentation, portion control, quality assurance, and hygiene compliance.
• Manage food and labor cost controls, inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure outstanding dining experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve culinary offerings and operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Culinary Arts Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in upscale dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations while delivering high-standard cuisine.
• Strong business acumen including cost management, budgeting, and procurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; capable of thriving in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
