Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant cum Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure our guests experience a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and assigned spaces according to hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements.
• Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain seamless daily operations.
• Uphold guest privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance performance.
• Support laundry operations — washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
• Assist in deep cleaning and special projects when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry within a hotel environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
• Good physical stamina; able to stand and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Basic proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive, cooperative attitude.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
