Role Overview

FedEx Express is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead impactful human capital initiatives across our Dubai operations. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership—driving business performance through expert people management, workforce planning, and change enablement.

You’ll be at the heart of regional and country-level HR strategy, customizing and executing global programs for local impact. From industrial relations and talent acquisition to organizational transformation and emergency response planning, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
• Lead local implementation of regional HR projects, workforce transitions, and change management plans.
• Support talent acquisition and operational workforce planning initiatives.
• Serve as an emergency responder on the Local Response Team, ensuring employee welfare and safety.
• Analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to influence and support key people initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align people strategies with business direction.
• Demonstrated senior-level HR partnering experience, ideally in a multinational or logistics environment.
• Proven success in designing and leading HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.
• A solutions-oriented approach with a strong ability to manage complex employee scenarios and organizational challenges.
• Strong capabilities in influencing, presentation, and communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required); a Master’s in HR is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ progressive HR experience in a strategic or partnering role.
• HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD (Level 5 or higher) are highly preferred.
• High attention to detail, sound decision-making skills, and a people-first mindset.
