Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Influencer Manager (Global) to lead and expand our global influencer marketing strategy. This key role focuses on identifying and managing strategic partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators across multiple regions to drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Candidates with experience in Web3.0, crypto, or blockchain industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy tailored to various international markets.
• Identify, engage, and onboard influencers and content creators on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, etc., with reach in MENA, Europe, APAC, and LATAM.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign management including outreach, negotiation, briefing, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Foster long-term relationships with influencers and external agencies.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, branding, and regional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
• Analyze campaign metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and provide insights to improve future strategies.
• Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements per region.
• Stay current with trends in influencer marketing, Web3, and digital media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing global or regional influencer campaigns, ideally in fintech, Web3.0, crypto, or trading industries.
• Strong understanding of regional influencer landscapes and digital cultures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with platforms like CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or Klear and relevant analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage multi-market projects with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Spanish are a plus.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.

• Prior experience in Web3.0, blockchain, or crypto is strongly preferred.
