Area Sales Head Part Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of local experience, a well-established professional network, and a successful track record of working with luxury brands and premium clients.

This is a high-responsibility role, ideal for someone who understands the UAE business culture and can independently drive high-value B2B sales across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, real estate, malls, airports, and event venues.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with developers, mall operators, luxury brands, and key decision-makers.
• Pitching & Proposals: Lead sales presentations and proposals in collaboration with internal design and production teams.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth in the Dubai/UAE market.
• On-ground Presence: Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to build market visibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the HQ team for costing, planning, and execution of projects.
• Reporting & CRM: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM tools, and generate regular reports for management.

Key Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai with 4–5 years of sales experience in the UAE
• Strong background in B2B sales within experiential design, events, retail environments, or similar industries
• Proven ability to work with luxury or high-end brands
• Well-connected in the hospitality, real estate, malls, airports, and luxury retail sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Understanding of UAE procurement processes and commercial structures
• UAE driving license preferred
