Housing Sales Executive Temporary

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and local regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and expand the existing client base
• Conduct property tours and present real estate options to clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up to date with new listings and property availability
• Accurately maintain property and client records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of RERA regulations is a plus
