Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and screening candidates, especially for Gulf-based roles. This is a commission-only opportunity for individuals who are self-driven and can dedicate 4–5 hours daily to recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work remotely from home with flexible hours
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries
• Use your Gulf candidate database to fill roles efficiently
• Recruit for roles ranging from junior to management level
• Conduct interviews for mid and senior-level candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines
