Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s government procedures and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our company and government entities, ensuring smooth documentation processing while maintaining compliance with local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s representative with government authorities (Immigration, Labor Department, Licensing)
• Process and renew all company documentation including visas, labor cards, and trade licenses
• Secure government approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Attend official meetings with government representatives
• Support PR activities including media relations and corporate events when required
• Advise management on regulatory updates and compliance requirements
• Monitor legislative changes affecting business operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years PRO experience in Dubai/UAE
• Expert knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing
• Excellent command of English (Arabic proficiency advantageous)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
• Understanding of PR fundamentals (media relations, corporate communications)
