Job Summary

Master Catering is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to HACCP guidelines
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet service deadlines
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and inventory management of kitchen supplies
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar chef position
• Proven knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Strong attention to detail for consistent food quality and presentation
• Ability to perform well in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in hot kitchen operations
• Culinary certification or relevant qualifications
