Key Responsibilities
Support managers in streamlining administrative and HR tasks
Prepare, organise, and update employee documentation
Assist with maintaining HR systems (e.g. Power Apps)
Handle cross-functional administrative duties involving HR data
Contribute to project planning and execution
Track and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS365; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work with international teams
Prior HR admin experience is advantageous but not required
