What You’ll Do

• Set up your kitchen station with proper mise en place for each service
• Monitor stock and ensure timely ordering for your section
• Communicate proactively with team members and management
• Follow recipes and quality standards as set by the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine
• Train and guide junior chefs and apprentices
• Participate in implementing new menus and kitchen procedures
• Minimize food waste and control production levels
• Report maintenance or food quality issues immediately
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and food storage standards
• Ensure accurate food labeling, temperature checks, and FIFO principles
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the kitchen
• Support cross-training efforts and take on leadership duties when required

Your Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen or culinary role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Passion for food preparation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
