Job Summary:

Persian Horizon is hiring a highly experienced and performance-driven marketing leader to oversee paid media strategy and execution across major advertising platforms. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on expertise in paid search, social, and native advertising, and a strong ability to drive results through data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Execute native advertising campaigns using platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain
• Set up and manage conversion tracking through Pixels, Google Tag Manager, and UTM structures
• Lead mobile-first, story-driven ad initiatives to increase engagement and conversions
• Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS
• Collaborate with content and design teams to align campaign creatives with performance objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and paid media
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking methodologies
• Proven experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and native ad platforms
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Creative problem-solver with strategic thinking and campaign planning expertise
