What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring guests receive seamless, professional check-in and check-out experiences.
• Support your team in resolving guest requests, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Work closely with the Front Office Manager to communicate guest feedback and ensure service standards are upheld.
• Guide and train front office team members to uphold presentation, grooming, and performance standards.
• Keep updated knowledge of hotel offerings, room categories, promotions, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to prepare for VIPs, events, or special requirements.
• Apply upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and promote hotel facilities.
• Ensure adherence to fire safety, emergency procedures, and health regulations.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar front office supervisory role within hospitality or luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent leadership abilities.
• Skilled in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Adaptable to flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays.
• A hands-on, service-driven personality with a polished, professional approach.
