Patient Care Nurse Part Time NEW

Position Overview:

A reputable home health care provider in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to work independently while ensuring patient comfort and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized nursing care based on each patient’s care plan
• Conduct health assessments and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical treatments
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and family members about care routines and medications
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Travel to various patient locations across Dubai

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• License: Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse (REQUIRED)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Skills: Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Availability: Must be able to start immediately

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel between client homes across the city
• Physically able to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
