About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in the tourism and travel industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can lead business development initiatives, build strong industry relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase tourism bookings and client acquisition
• Establish and nurture partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, DMCs, and corporate clients
• Achieve sales targets and generate leads in line with business goals
• Lead and support a team of sales executives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; prepare detailed sales and market analysis reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the tourism/travel sector (mandatory)
• Strong network within Dubai’s tourism market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage client accounts
