To deliver an exceptional and professional food and beverage experience in accordance with Raffles’ luxury standards. The F&B Server ensures guest satisfaction through attentive service, expert product knowledge, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Maintain high standards in grooming, punctuality, and discipline as per hotel policy
Follow LQA standards and service procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience
Demonstrate comprehensive menu and beverage knowledge, including allergens and dietary needs
Personalize guest interactions by using names and remembering preferences (especially VIPs and regulars)
Prepare beverages including coffee, tea, and cocktails at high-quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety across the outlet at all times
Participate in stock inventory, side duties, and daily checklists
Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Support other team members and F&B outlets when required
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in accordance with ALL SAFE program
Assist in upselling and reaching departmental revenue targets
Engage in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team environment
Education:
Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management (preferred)
Fluent English communication (verbal and written); second language is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in F&B service, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
Enthusiastic, courteous, and professional
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Committed to teamwork and service excellence
Maintains a polished, well-groomed appearance at all times
