About the Program

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) partners with Dubai College of Tourism (DCT) to offer UAE Nationals a paid apprenticeship combining hands-on training in a professional kitchen with nationally recognized qualifications. No prior experience required – just passion for culinary arts!

Your Role

As a Culinary Apprentice, you will:
✔ Master Core Skills: Food prep (chopping, measuring), station rotation (hot/cold line, pastry), and adherence to hygiene/safety standards.
✔ Contribute Creatively: Assist in menu development and plating under chef guidance.
✔ Support Operations: Manage inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate with the team.
✔ Grow Professionally: Participate in tastings, receive mentorship, and build industry networks.

Who We Want

• UAE Nationals aged 18–25

• High school graduates (culinary diploma a plus)

• No experience needed – just enthusiasm to learn!

• Physically fit for kitchen demands (standing, lifting)

• Fluent in English; teamwork-oriented
