Job Overview

As an Event Organizer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and that events run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event decorations for various events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and offer personalized solutions.
• Handle event setup and ensure timely execution of decorations.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure all event elements are delivered as promised.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Work independently or within a team, depending on event needs.
• Attend events during night shifts as per scheduling.
• Manage client inquiries and provide timely updates.

Requirements

• Experience in event management is preferred (1 year).
• Strong negotiation skills for securing contracts.
• Knowledge of event marketing strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to budget and manage finances effectively.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques.
• Previous experience working with hotels or event venues is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
