Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to coordinate team activities, compile and analyze data, provide updates on project progress, and assist in demand forecasting to support the sales process and achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budget goals through precise demand forecasting and sales analysis.
• Review monthly sales reports to ensure positive brand performance compared to last year and budget targets.
• Manage client Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Support management in developing and reviewing sales budgets.
• Analyze sales performance data, preparing daily, weekly, and periodic analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Area Sales Managers to forecast demand and meet objectives.
• Prepare presentations, activity reports, and manage contract renewals, asset retrievals, and new store/location setups.
• Provide operational support to the Business Development and Operations teams for sales-related needs.
• Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination to facilitate seamless operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the E-commerce Channel, preferably within FMCG.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and FMCG brand operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Strong analytical, administrative, and communication abilities.
